I have the qualifications of a psychotherapist and the recommendations of the Polish Society for Process-Oriented Psychology (PTPP) to conduct therapy and work with groups under the constant supervision of a process-oriented psychology teacher.
Dr hab., Prof. Medical University of Lublin. I work in accordance with the requirements of the psychotherapist’s code of ethics at the Polish Society for Process-Oriented Psychology. In my work I use the methods of process-oriented psychology. I also participated in workshops, training and practice in other therapeutic techniques and body work, including: psychodynamic therapy, psychodrama according to Moreno, Gestalt therapy, breath integration, 8 x O technique according to Eichelberger. I improved my therapeutic skills during a clinical internship at the Day Ward of Neurotic Disorders at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lublin. I adapt the method of therapeutic work individually to the client reporting for the session. I submit my work to regular supervision by the supervisor of the Polish Society for Process-Oriented Psychology and IAPOP.
I am also familiar with anti-discrimination issues and working with marginalized groups. I also practice tai chi, chi gong and Tibetan yoga and the mindfulness technique. My other passions are: composition and playing the piano and cross-country skiing.
